Yes. Advil tablets and liquid gels are MFDS-registered over-the-counter products, and children's ibuprofen syrup is sold in convenience stores. One exception: Advil Dual Action (the ibuprofen plus acetaminophen combination) is not sold in Korea, though both of its ingredients are legal to bring.
